Brené Brown, PhD – TEDxHouston Talk

“The Power of Vulnerability”

I came across this great TEDx talk about a year or so ago and was taken aback by her honesty. She delicately balanced research and personality (which can often be construed as two very opposing things).

Brené discusses her research on shame, vulnerability, courage, etc. Not only does she talk about these basic human emotions from her perspective but also incorporates a scientific understanding. She is someone who I have several great articles/videos on that I will be posting more on in the future. I highly recommend her work.

I would definitely say this is worth your 20 minutes. Please watch and share your thoughts, insights!
